Walk-In Service Model
First-Come, First-Served: We operate on a walk-in basis. No appointments are required or accepted.
Check-In Required: All customers must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Please provide your name, contact number, and vehicle details.
Estimated Wait Times: Wait times vary based on daily volume. We'll provide an estimated time upon check-in, but actual service times may differ.
Communication & Updates
Contact Info: Please ensure your phone number is accurate. We'll call or text you when your vehicle is ready or if additional authorization is needed.
Service Authorization: No repairs will be performed without your verbal or written approval.
Pricing & Payment
Transparent Pricing: All services are quoted before work begins. Additional charges will only apply with your approval.
Payment Due at Pickup: Full payment is required when the vehicle is picked up. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
No Refunds After Completion: Once a service is completed and payment is made, refunds are not offered. If you have concerns, please refer to our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy below.
Parts & Warranty
OEM & Aftermarket Options: We offer both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Let us know if you have a preference.
Warranty Coverage: Most repairs include a limited warranty. Details vary by service—please ask for specifics at time of repair.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Redo Policy: If you're not satisfied with the workmanship of a completed repair, please notify us within 7 days of pickup.
Inspection Required: We'll inspect the concern and, if verified, redo the service at no additional labor cost. Parts may be covered depending on warranty terms.
Limitations: This policy applies only to services performed by Kayser's Automotive and does not cover unrelated issues or pre-existing conditions.
Vehicle Storage
Pickup Deadline: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion unless prior arrangements are made.
Storage Fees: A daily storage fee may apply after the 48-hour window.
